The perfect introduction to yoga for total newcomers or those looking to get back into yoga by starting with the basics. Learn poses at your own pace and build strength & flexibility along the way.
Cost: £5/class. All to pay cash on the day
Class Levels: Hatha Yoga Bend & Stretch is great for beginners who are happy to take things at their own pace & learn as they go and the sort of ‘weekly tune-up’ a more experienced yogi or those involved in other physical activity would enjoy. Yoga for Beginners takes things back to basics for newcomers to yoga & more time will be spent getting in and out of poses, breathing, and learning about yoga’s rich tradition.
